Course Duration: 40 Hours (1 Week)

The purpose of the Organizational Optimization Master Architect Course (OO MAC) is to develop skills and competencies that align with accomplishing the organization's vision. The OO MAC is a certification course that develops scholarly practitioners to design and deploy a continuous exploration process that optimizes human capital and enterprise resources to gain a competitive advantage within the organization’s respective marketplace.  When leveraged uniformly with Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) the OO MAC can be utilized by C-suite executives as a management tool to develop personnel within or across the organization who will be better equipped to deliver results that surpass an executive’s expectation.

Result-Focused: The underpinning focus of the Master Architect (MA) can be directed by the organization’s strategic plan, Board of Directors, or C-Suite leadership. The scope of becoming a certified Master Architect is to focus on a heightened understanding of: Enterprise Leadership, Execution Leadership, People Leadership, and Risk Leadership

Within each level of instruction, scholarly practitioners are masterfully challenged with evidence-based research leadership principles, relevant and current industry applicable content, and various areas of “what right looks like” based on applicable industry standards and metrics.
