Organizational Optimization Architect Course

Course Duration: 80 Hours (2 Weeks)

The OO Architect course is the workhorse of the Optimization methodology. The architects build and align communication conduits from strategy to all employees and business Factors. This is a design function to ensure that the interdependencies across an organization are in lockstep in achieving the organizational strategy.

Students learn how to identify and improve misalignments within a function or across the enterprise. The sequencing of activities that transform functional areas into an Optimized business function. Maximizing the available resources, building accountability through a focus to ensure that teams are doing the “right work” and are “working right, effectiveness, and efficiencies.

This is a practical hands-on offering that takes the classroom into the organization with the goal that the Architect will have developed the Optimization blueprint by the end of the course.
