The Organizational Optimization Alignment Specialist course introduces the skills and knowledge necessary to facilitate process improvement activities required to close the observed assessment gaps and improve the optimization efforts.

The Alignment Specialist's course uses Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) principles, terms, methods, and tools with a focus on tactical techniques, such as problem identification and measurement, root cause analysis, and solution generation.
