Enterprise Risk Management II (Tactical)

ERM Tactical Application is the second in the series of three for becoming a certified Enterprise Risk Manager. The one day course establishes the tactical framework and requirements in the development of an ERM program. Students will walk through all required steps and each step has a corresponding exercise that is aligned with the development of the plan. At the end of the course, the student will be prepared to shift from theoretical understanding in day two to the deployment activities in day three.
