Enterprise Risk Management I (Structure)

ERM Fundamentals is the first in the series of three for becoming a certified Enterprise Risk Manager. The one day course establishes the framework and requirements in the development of an ERM program. Students will walk through all required steps and each step has a corresponding exercise that is aligned with the development of the plan. At the end of the course, the student will be prepared to shift from theoretical understanding in day one to the tactical activities associated with the identification, prioritization, and mitigation strategies.
